2018年2月28日-3月1日，西南交通大学国际老龄科学研究院受邀作为非欧国家正式观察代表，参加联合国欧洲经济委员会(UNECE) 关于SDGs2030可持续发展目标6/7/11/12/15的地区高峰会议。期间，杨一帆副院长同联合国欧洲经济委员会人口发展部积极老龄化项目负责人Lisa Warth女士、统计部Olga Kharitonova女士就性别、积极老龄化、韧性治理等共同关心的话题深入探讨了合作计划。
28th 2 to 1st 3, 2018,SWJTU NIIA was invited as Non-European countries official observer to attend regional forum of Sustainable Development Goals 2030 on 6/7/11/12/15 held by United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE). On the occasion, NIIA’s vice dean prof. Yang Yifan met with Ms. Lisa Warth, head for Active-Ageing Program of Population Development dept. and Ms. Olga Kharitonova of Statistics Dept. of UNECE to discuss cooperative programs in depth regarding commonly concerned topics as Gender/Active Ageing / Resilience Governance.
双方初步议定，共同于2018年9月在国际行政科学学会(IIAS) 欧亚对话会议（瑞士洛桑）和联合国欧洲经济委员会(UNECE)积极老龄化指数国际研讨会（西班牙毕尔巴鄂）期间，连续召开两次专题会议，就积极老龄化全球倡议和地方治理（城市治理）评价体系展开进一步深入研讨，通过亚欧对话和知识交流，共同推动全球老龄化治理与地方治理创新实践。
Both parties preliminary agreed to hold two consecutive panels on Active Ageing Global Initiative and Local Governance (Urban Governance) Evaluation System in the period of International Institute of Administrative Sciences (IIAS) Eurasia Dialogue in Lausanne, Switzerland and UNECE Active Ageing Index International Symposium in Bilbao, Spain on Sept. 2018, to further discussion and jointly promote innovative practices of global and local ageing governance through Eurasia dialogue and knowledge exchange.
