2018年3月16日上午，意大利众议院社会事务与卫生委员会主席马里奥•马拉齐蒂(On. Mario Marazziti)率领意大利驻重庆总领事倪飞(Mr. Filippo Nicosia)、意大利驻重庆科技参赞龚卓龙(Mr. Lorenzo Gonzo)等组成的意大利代表团来访国际老龄科学研究院。西南交通大学党委副书记桂富强博士，文科建设处处长、国际老龄科学研究院院长张雪永教授，学校党政办副主任孟新智，建筑与设计学院付飞副教授等我校代表在九里校区明诚堂会议室隆重接待了代表团一行。张雪永教授全程主持会议，宾主双方就健康和老龄化领域的高等教育合作、研究合作、科技合作等广泛议题开展了深入交流。
On March 16th 2018, On. Mario Marazziti, President of the 12th Social Affairs Committee in Chamber of Deputies of Italy, Mr. Filippo Nicosia, Consul General of Consulate General of Italy in Chongqing and Mr. Lorenzo Gonzo, Science & Technology Counsellor of Consulate General of Italy in Chongqing led Italian delegation came to National Interdisciplinary Institute on Ageing of SWJTU and warmly received by Dr. Gui Fuqiang, Deputy Secretary of SWJTU Party Committee, Prof. Zhang Xueyong, Director of the Construction of Liberal Arts Department and Vice President of NIIA, Prof. Meng Xinzhi, Deputy Director of SWJTU Office of Party and Government Affairs and Dr. Fu Fei, Research Center on Ageing Architecture Transportation and Urban Management of the National Interdisciplinary Institute on Ageing of SWJTU to discuss academic program cooperation, research cooperation and technology cooperation on health and ageing in depth at the conference room in Cheng Ming Hall.
座谈会上，西南交通大学国际老龄科学研究院副院长杨一帆向意大利代表团详细阐述了中国老龄化形势，老龄事业和养老产业面临的挑战与问题，展示了我院近年来围绕健康和老龄化以及相关科技创新、政策创制所做的工作成果，通报了我院同世界卫生组织和联合国欧洲经济委员会等国际组织开展研究合作的进展，以及同意大利威尼斯大学启动国际教育合作项目的推进情况。
On the occasion, Dr. Yang Yifan, Vice President of NIIA demonstrated NIIA’s recent work outcomes in health, ageing, technological innovation and policy making as well as progress on research collaborations with international organizations like WHO and UNECE and academic program with Ca foscari University of Venice by explaining ageing status quo of China, challenges and obstacles of aging and wellness industry.
马里奥•马拉齐蒂主席对此表示高度认可与肯定。他指出，作为欧洲老龄化现象最为突出的国家，意大利已经探索出一套完整的可持续长者支持体系和产业体系，保持了经济社会的长期稳定和可持续发展。意大利愿意同包括中国在内的众多老龄化国家开展积极合作，分享经验，为提高包括老年人在内的所有人的生活品质和生命价值贡献智慧和力量。马拉齐蒂主席还特别推介了意大利长期实施且卓有成效的CAMP老年整合照料项目。
On. Mario Marazziti was impressed and highly apprised NIIA’s work by pointing out that Italy has explored a complete and sustainable elderly supporting system to maintain stable economy and sustainable growth of society since it ranks the first regarding aging among European countries. He said Italy is willing to actively cooperate with ageing countries including China with an open mind by sharing expertise to contribute wisdom and strength in providing the elderly and all citizens with qualified and dignified lives while especially recommended the well-known integrated nursing program CAMP in Italy.
桂富强副书记高度赞赏意大利在全球老龄化治理中扮演的重要角色，特别是在利用现代科技服务老年人方面所做的积极探索。他表示，愿积极促进以我校成为中意合作的集成平台和实验区，牵头构筑地方政府、高校、研究机构和企业的多方合作机制，在成都打造中意健康和老龄化领域的全产业链合作试点项目，为四川、全中国乃至全世界老人提供高品质有尊严的健康生活方式。
Dr. Gui Fuqiang much appreciated the critical role of Italy in global ageing governance especially the active exploration in elderly service. He expressed the wishes to positively facilitate SWJTU as a Sino-Italy integrated platform and trial zone for creating Sino-Italy pilot program on health and ageing with full industrial chain in Chengdu by facilitating the cooperation mechanism of local government, university, professional institutions and R&D companies, offering the elderly of Sichuan, China and even the world healthy life with dignity and quality.
宾主双方还就合作框架的详细领域和工作机制达成一致，初步商定于今年西博会期间由意大利作为主宾国合作召开中欧健康老龄化峰会暨研讨会和健康亚欧商界对话等系列活动，并积极推动我校在该领域主导的国际教育项目尽早落地实施。
Both parties reached a consensus to sign a MOU on detailed cooperative fields and working mechanism with initial agreement on seminars and workshops on Sino-Europe health ageing and business dialogue in Sept. Western Fair with Italy as the guest of honor along with actively promote the implementation of cooperative degree program on ageing between SWJTU and Ca foscari University of Venice.
